Disgraceful service

Over 1 week ago, I received a payment from a known client. Withinin 24 hours both my accounts were locked & the funds frozen, Despite several attempts at phone calls & was unable to gain any knowledge, Two trips to the branch told me my clients bank Nedbank had flogger the deposit as *****, & so closed my accounts. I was told to ask the client to contact his bank & that the banks were working together to resolve the problem, No communication No follow up. This disgraceful lack of care to the customer is totally unacceptable, Like the rest of the big bussiness no accountability. This is a very dark stain on what was once & great bank, now run by *********** under qualified clowns who pose a bankers. This is a travesty of justice & i will go to the Omudsman for relief. The inconvenenience & disruption is intollerable
