Disgraceful new ebucks rewards

So I get my ebucks this morning (about 10days late) and FNB only rewards me with R34 ebucks. I spent over R25000 and this is what I get?? I also pay R399 bank fees a month. This after Wesbank messed up the financing on my new car.

Sorry but im done with FNB, will be moving my portfolio to Discovery bank by this weekend.
