Disgraceful fiduciary service!

I wouldn't have given even 1 start but had to just to write the review. My Dad's estate is still ongoing since 2012. The administrators and managers have changed so many times I have lost count. No communication from them unless prompted. 12 years later, and we're still not even close to having the estate finalized. No response to emails in 3 months, no return of phone calls. Their direct lines are now not even in service any longer and when you call the main fiduciary number, they can only leave a message for a call back which never happens. Shame on you FNB, shame on you. "How can we help?" For one, get better staff to deal with estates and number two, don't ask the question if you're not prepared to help at all. Disgraceful service and care all around!
