Disgrace Full National Bank(FNB) - 3rd time in a couple of Months

Its again with great regret and disappointment i write this review. i am not getting necessary assistance on a very simple matter. Chats doesn't get solved, i have been transferred all over, no one respond to my email send to ***, 2weeks ago with no aid coming my way All i wanted was to have a statement send to me on how must my outstanding balance is on my personal Loan. 2weeks plus 2hours on the chat platform online - unacceptable. i chatted to Lydia(Personal loans), Katlego(Private Clients), Rabelani, Cecelia(Personal loans).
