DISGRACE, ANNOYING, *********** BANK

I've been taken from pillar to post, so disappointed with their service online. 1. I called reporting an ewallet money that was withdrawn but the person I sent to didn't withdrew it. Was given a Ref no***3, but now when I follow up today no one has a clue how to assist me. What kind of a bank is this. 2. I open an account for my son, went to the branch but was told the card will be sent via courier, now I was charged for the courier costs, again called the bank to enquire and again no one has a clue how to assist me. HAYBO WHAT KIND OF A BANK IS THIS, IT'S A DISGRACE.
