Disgrace and in disbelief

Bad bad experience from fnb,i tried to stop a simple debit order but they told me is not possible because the service provider has locked it,how ridiculous is this?is my bank account controlled by an insurance company?I spoke to their debit order desk consultant by the name of Nomkhosi but couldn't help.watch out people
