Disfunctional departments

Good day. This is a add on from last weeks Incident that I had. Still messed up. Got a call this morning and was assured my query will be resolved in 24 hours. Only 2 of the reversals done of the 3 i was charged in error. Is there any functional department in fnb? Will i have the same excuse again that the call was misunderstood.
