Discussed with the system

A company called IMalipay has gotten access to my account with my concent. They have been taking 1400 pm from my account and I never approved anything. I have been trying to sort this out with FNB for the past 3 month no luck and they just don't care. Went eventually to the branch at campus square yet novine Wil help me and don't even talk about the ***** line as no one answers the phone . I asked can they stop it and reverse the cash back into my account and yet they say they can't do anything. It's my cash am the client yet they don't even care . And I tried making contact with IMalipay yet no luck I don't even know who they are.
