I am so disappointed in the service I received from the FNB Bluff branch. On Tuesday I arrived at the branch to open up a account because Capitec doesn't do PayPal and need it so I can launch my book. I dislike the fact that some Indian people can undermine Black people Well the supervisor just phoned me to apologize and I accepted the apology from behalf of FNB and I must come see him tomorrow. Just how could FNB have such a horrible and ****** undermining lady by enterance I was at Bluff FNB and the lady in the front giving tickets was undermining me because I was black because on Tuesday I thought it was because I young but her true colors showed Yesterday

On Tuesday I went to open an account with them , this lady said I must deposit money and then she will help me link my PayPal ,in the most arrogantly and disrespectful manner. So I came back Yesterday, she was talking calmly with the Indian guy in front of me, then she changed her attitude towards me ,then said I must just go sit there someone will help me and her calm friendly voice came back when the white guy behind me was talking. I sat there for long till a black lady assisted, to find that can't link my PayPal without my laptop. All I needed was to link my PayPal so I can launch my book. Today I was there for four hours getting this sorted and after speaking with the branch manager today. I completely understand why his staff member is like that. FNB made me feel so small and this type of undermining behavior shouldnt be acceptable.
