<p>We stopped at OR Tambo yesterday from our flight from cape town. So as platinum card holder I can use the lounge which is available for platinum card holders but to my shock as we got there at about 15:05 I was told that they could not accomodate my wife as this are there peak hours from 15:00 to 17:30. They can only accomodate him and they could have accomodated me if I where a platinum cardholder. Funny as we checked through the window there where lots of tables open. This basically comes down to **************, what they are advertising is basically saying yes you have been a platinum cardholder for more than a couple years but your wife is not allowed to be a stay at home mom she needs to work and have a platinum card before we will let in our "club" I even offered to pay a fee but she was just basically shown the door. In reality I should close my account and move but I will give you time to resolve this problem..</p>
