We have been on the queu waiting to be served , two white couples came in and they took a ticket n sitted. After couple minutes a lady by the name of Manda white lady took them out of the line, took their ticket n give them new number n proceed with them to the station so that she can help them while we are sitting. Asked one of the consultant and told me thats how she treat people
