Hi this is Innocent with passport number A ********** 9 it is very disheartening how you are being treated for using a passport in the country especially with the banking sector with FNB the worst have been banking with for 8 years now I was told am qualified for a credit card by my premier banker which was approved on principle and after spending in my documents as requested only to be told it was unsuccessful I called in the credit card department was told because I have no account on itc for them to do their rating after complaining why did they offer me such after knowing that and later received a call from the premier banker who said something different that is because my payslips is only for 2 months not 3 months payslips I was like I did not ask for this you guys offered me you should have said so I even told the lady that is in Dec that my payslips will be 3 months cos I just renewed my work permit now was told I have to wait for another 3 month am not banking with Nedbank and the are already offering me such which am thinking of moving I get more than 100k most of the month paying a lot of bank charges and fnb can't even offer me anything because am using a passport which is very unfair and honestly am considering moving over to Nedbank
