Discriminating against language and disabillity

I have been so happy with FNB, until now!<br> I have been medically boarded recently because I have a medical condition that does not permit me to work any longer. Luckily my insurance is OK and will be able to still provide for my family. I am in the process of buying a house because my previous employer provided housing. I app**** for a bond through a bond originator. I checked with her after a few days and she said that all the banks was looking into it, but that FNB was giving them a hard time because the letter from my pension fund serving as a proof of income was written in afrikaans. FNB said that it had to be in english and the bond originator had to translate it! At the moment my bond is approved, but not by FNB! They still claim to misunderstand the letter from my pension fund. I was expecting more from FNB, since I have been banking with them for more than ten years. My credit record is clean and I have good affordability. What is the problem then?!! If they are unsure about something, why don't they contact me<br> I think that FNB do not want to help me and I get the perception that it is because I am Afrikaans and live with a with a medical condition. I'm only a number to FNB!
