Discriminated against for being black.

This ****** bunch of lunatics has been making my life a living hell. I am being send from pillar to post with no assistance, but if I was white my matter would have been resolved a long time ago. I have a FNB SIM card, the past months after their debit order goes through the sim would stop working for a few days. But now it is more than 2 weeks with my sim not working. I went to the branch and I was told I need to do a sim swap, which I did and I was told that it will start working in 4 hours but still nothing. When I called to inquire I was told that the sim was not registered, so I am being played for a fool. This bunch of ********s want to rob me of my money because they said that the money I paid was for my old sim not the new one. I went to the branch again and the manager (Roman Chea Muller)just to get me out of the way promised to give me a call but nothing. My things are at a standstill cause I can’t do most of my work without my phone, meaning this month I won’t get paid. So meaning my kids must go to sleep with empty stomachs. This ****ers don’t care because black lives don’t matter. The fact that my ****** ****en life is getting more and more complicated without my phone doesn’t bother them and they don’t give a rat ass on how this affects me. To top it up the money I paid last month, I was told that I will not be refunded even though I didn’t use their sim since it has not been working.
