Discovery ******* and Lying consultants

I called into discovery to cancel my credit card of which at that time they needed to refund me R81. I was then transferred to what I assume is the retainment department , where I spoke to a Lady who I explained that I am not an Fnb client and am no longer on Vitality so it was useless for me to have a prepaid credit facility with them . She then said to me that Discovery would not charge me for the months that It takes them to move me to Discovery bank where there would value adding benefits , I have never used that card and because I assumed I was not being charged I hardly checked the statement as I assumed it would remain as a positive R81 . Too my absolute horror I opened the statement and in RED is that my account is over R200 in arrears . I call in and the unprofessional consultants just me the run around. Am I that crazy that i would make up something so senseless up really .I will not be paying that R236 and I want my R81 refunded this is as petty as i will go
