Discovery Credit card account reopened despite been closed

I had a discovery credit card underwritten by FNB opened in 2012 and was closed in 2019 due to my sequestration , After the court orders was sent to FNB this account was closed ,2 months ago this account appeared back on my credit report reflecting as open and in arrears (Card Number - ***) Despite sending emails to *** and calling the callcentre this has still not been corrected.
