DISCONTENT FNB CUSTOMER

I reported a ***** on my FNB accounts on the 25/07/2018 where my credit card limit was increased without consultation with me. On the same day the money was transferred from credit card to cheque account, then three withdrawals to the amount of 3000 were made and a purchase of gas stove from accountholder in Capitec Bank.

The matter was reported on the 25/07/2018 at FNB Main street in Johannesburg and was told that investigation will follow, up to this far am told that my case is under review. am concerned that all this transaction happened online and why is it taking a while for FNB to respond promptly to the matter. furthermore what is their turnaround time to resolve this matter as I believe it is an internal matter which could have been resolved by now
