I am typing this with the greatest disappointment of having to trust the bank with my money for years just to be treated like this tofay.i had visited the branch by Braamfontein to get assistance with regards to my salary where i had used the wrong account which i mistaken wrote by 1 digit and didn't get paid on my pay day.

I further went to the bank where the consultant and branch manager refused to help me as they said they can't access someone's account without they permission even after i give them the proof on account which i used unware that it is wrong by a digit.

I received the most horrible, pathetic and disquieting yet along being mortifying by not being able to assistance in anyway possible since it's my main bank.
