DISATISFYING SERVICE

I lodged a complaint with FNB law on call with regards to my property, the services that I received was way too poor. To start with, after I sent an email ,a follow up call was received from one of the legal advisors whom requested that I send all the necessary documents which I did and it was said that it will referred to somebody who will handle the case. Few days down the line I received a call from a lady who introduced herself then asked me as to 'who gave me the permission to contact the developer"? She was actually shouting at me like she is shouting her teenage child which was very disturbing . On that call I discovered that the lady never read the documents which were requested, when I ask her as if she had read them it came as a surprise to her. A letter that was sent to the developer on 14/07/2023 had 2 names on it, one was for an unknown person to me then my name and my address. I had to call to find the lady to rectify the mistake. The developer responded on 19/07/2023 requesting that I should be told to contact the call center to make an appointment in order for them to come and assess the property, that was never communicated with me until I had to ask the the legal advisor if she was aware of that response. It was then that she asked me if that is what I want? I must say that I went through a lot with service that I received and it was really horrible which is why I ended up asking her if she was advocating for the developer, the reason I was asking her is that I noticed a lot of things that she was ignoring and she me told way before that my claim maybe declined which I was not surprised to receive that letter from FNB. It should be noted that I was not requesting the bank to fix the property but to get help from the developer. The developer is very much aware of the issues of the properties around my area, so far I have seen a lot of those houses being demolished due to same issues that I have. The date was set up up for the inspection for 05/05/2023, FNB law on call failed to even wait for the outcomes of that inspection. A letter dated 28/08/2023 was received from FNB law on rejecting my claim , which never came as a surprise to me as I was already made aware.
