Disastrous FNB Forex department

Opened a business bank account with FNB a few weeks ago in Cape Town. A forex transaction was made to the account and blocked by FNB. No one can tell me why. Not one department notified me of the transaction block. The forex department cannot tell me what the issue is and I can expect to receive the funds. While this is going on, my account is still being charged for transaction fees and bounced debtor transactions. So I will land up paying FNB penalty fees for their Forex disaster!
