Disastrous experience with FNB loan department

FNB has really frustrated me i transferred money to settle my loan on the 17th of November but till today is not reflecting on my loan account I have exhausted all avenues with them. I have called, I have texted, I have emailed and even went to their branch without any clear assistance, every consultant i engaged with tells me a different story which contradicts the other on what happenedto my funds. It been 3 weeks already it really frustrating.
