Disaster with online FICA registration

<p>I initially sent all the required FICA documents more than 2 weeks ago via the online banking system as required but apparently FNB's online banking system does not work and now I have a suspended account because of THEIR incompetence. Not ONCE was there ANY communication from FNB's side that the online system is faulty so I assumed that everything was in order.<br />Really, FNB you are utterly unprofessional. Once Paypal signs an agreement with another Financial Institution I will gladly migrate to them. I am also informing Paypal of this incidence so that they can be aware of your bad service.</p>
