Disaster to open an account at Fnb

Opened a child account last weekend at Grove mall. What a disaster, surname printed wrong on card struggled with courier to deliver card now money deposited no reflecting cause account block due to outstanding docs after being to the bank 3 times. Is this how you treat clients fairly it is a shame
