Disappointment is an understatement.

I had recently joined FNB from another bank, but now i regret. I got ****med on my phone, an amount of R29000 was ****** from my account. The ******** also opened a short term loan using my cell phone app. They pretended to be telkom consultants selling products, as they were trying to 'help' me, they transferred my details to their devices **********ly. I have lodge a complaint with telkom, they say the case is still under investigation, I dont believe it. However FNB said they wont restore my money since it was my mistake. How do you authorize a purchase of R19000 at shoprite just like that??? Plus R10000, same day???
