DISAPPOINTMENT IN FNB

I am currently over 3 years on a Aspire option fnb card and previously was on an easy account, the agent convinced me to change over to upgrade advising me on the benefits of Ebacks and other endless benefits. Since 3 years of being on the upgrade I have not had any benefits, I booked flight tickets and enquired this morning on the slow lounge and was told that it's only FNB credit card aspire card holders who can use this not all FNB card users so even thou I have an aspire account and book flight tickets with my card I can't utilize the slow lounge however this is advertised differently..... Very misleading. Disappointed indeed
