Disappointment from FNB

I'm highly disappointed with the E-wallet service I got from FNB. Someone sent me R500 via e-wallet. I went to the ATM to withdraw and only to find that the amount available is R498. Unfortunately the amount I could get from ATM on the specific day was only R450. I contacted FNB the following and I was told that there's amount that they charge for service fee.... I believe that this is day light ******* because the person who sent the money was charged and I was charged R30 TOO!! I will advice friends and family not to ever use e-wallet service again.
