Disappointment

I am so disappointed with FNB, I paid my rates using online banking, I populated everything and when I was about to process payment the was a pop-up refering me to only one option to proceed which is to select public recipient for this payment and I did just that but both my payments can't be seen by BCM and FNB can't reverse public recipient payment 😭 Regards Masixole Gaqa ***
