Disappointing, uncaring, unconcerned customer service!

Sad to complain again but they just don't seem to care. They responded to my complaint by calling me and promising me that they will get back to me. They asked for documents which I sent to them. Then I received an email saying they will credit me while they investigate. However over a week has passed and they HAVE NOT credited me, nor has anyone had the decency to call me to update me about what is happening!!!
