Disappointing service with FNB

I am so fustrated with FNB. I've been trying to get my ITC profile cleared.

I was told a consultant will contact me within 48 hours. And the issue is still not resolved. I paid up my temp loans in May 2020 but still im listed on credit bureau

The paid up letters that were emailed to me still show incorrect account number versus the account number on my ITC profile

I do not know how many months i should wait tp get this issue resolved
