Disappointing service from private FNB wealth

App**** for a building loan on 19 May. we were told that it takes longer than normal. We followed up after 4 weeks given response that credit was delayed. 7 weeks later no formal response even after being told that credit has approved the loan and waiting for approval in principal letter. Our so called private banker is non response, now silent. His manager is not responding. Private wealth suite is useless. All we want is a decision but no response is forth coming. So much for being a private banking client. Disappointing service from FNB.
