disappointing service from FNB Private client suite

We are struggling to get a bond cancellation letter from your home loans dept as requested by the attorneys Snyman and co for the sale of our property. I have tried the home loans department and was told that I need to speak to our private banker …Gireshan Naidoo – I am sad to say that this private banker is useless and we are really disappointed with the service we are receiving. The request from the attorneys was made on the 20th April and what I would assume is a straight forward letter is proving to be almost impossible. Please can I request in addition to the cancellation request that you also arrange to change our private banker to someone more competent.
