Disappointing Service from FNB

A lady by the name of Ayanda called me from FNB using the number *** at 08:57 from the marketing division. She was so rude and disrespectful that one can regret why I have an FNB account. I wish she can face consequences. I am disappointed!!! I would never take any FNB calls regarding marketing and would advice none should do so rather go to the branch for service.
