Disappointing Service from eBucks/FNB continues
Four compalint reference numbers and almost two months later, still no resolution to my service complaint. The blame is being shifted back amd forth from eBucks and Fnb. Its quite frustrating as im no longer earning any eBucks, yet fnb claims my accounts are in good standing, whilst eBucks claims they aren't in good standing.

I spoke to a consultant by the name of Mohudi on Monday.
What i just realized is that this month homeloan payment won't show on my statement, as it is a stop order from work.
Post the call from the consultant, i visited an fnb branch and got connected the homeloans department (call ***, consultant's name was Nicole Erasmus), who informed that ebucks cannot be earned via stop order and as such if i wna earn ebucks I'll have to revert to the debit order option.
Here i was thinking that a stop order would be appreciated by any creditor? Now am being punished, reward-wise by fnb and eBucks.
Why wasn't such explained and the repercussions outlined???
This is really uncalled for, now i have to cancel my stop order in order to earn ebucks???
Can't my homeloan statement be coupled with my cheque statement when submitting to ebucks?
