Disappointing service

I contacted FNB last month regarding afrimobi that made a debit order from my account that i could not reverse. Spoke since then to consultants, emailed ***** devision and debit order devision to assist in cancelling it and reverse the money and up till date nobody assists.

Afrimobi promised to cancel it and refund but till date nothing

Its month end again so again they will ***** my money and FNB dont assist to stop this. I trust the bank and they dont care
