Disappointing Service

I have spent days on the phone trying to get someone from sales to contact me. I always get promises that someone will call, its been 3 months and I am still at it.

I am so disappointed in the service I have been getting lately, before this I was a very happy client. wonder if it is liked to the fact that I downgraded my private client account to an Aspire Account. Does this mean that I am no longer a valued client?
