DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

The service i received from FNB was absolutely putrid... I have never in my entire existence been transferred from pillar to post the way i have been today!!!

My credit limit was decreased without a 30 day notification, they took funds that was transferred into that account without asking me. Placing your hand into someone else pocket without asking them is considered theft. The purpose of me transferring more than my monthly installment was to have funds available at hand and just the opposite happened. Someone needs to call me immediately WRT this to give the clarification i need. I have never ever heard of any company that does not provide you with a 30 day notice stating any changes .APPARENTLY ONLY FNB DOES THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS *********, UNACCEPTABLE AND ********. I AWAIT YOU URGENT CALL FROM A MANAGER AND NOT A CONSULTANT.
