Disappointing Service

I recently posted a review on hellopeter regarding the service of FNB/PAYPAL customer service that I have not been able to contact regarding an account that I am trying to link for work purposes. I received an SMS reply on the 15th September 2021 stating that I will be contacted within 24-48hrs and still nobody has called. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I request a contact number for the manager of these departments to please contact me as soon as possible please.
