Disappointing service at private clients level
Very disappointing service especially considering it is for the private client suite. It has been weeks, numerous calls and complaints and still no action. When you ask what the delay is, no one can give you any straight answers. It's very frustrating, time consuming and disappointing.

At this stage I need feedback and action and a decency phone call to explain to me why this has been delayed for such a long time. I don't need more complaints to be logged. Please let me know how and when this is going to be resolved. Everytime someone calls me they say it will be resolved in 48 hours. It's been weeks and numerous call. Still frustrated!
