Disappointing Service at Estcourt FNB branch

I am disappointed at the service I received from FNB Estcourt Branch.

I had come to enquire regarding money from Ithala Bank which was transfered to FNB account, the ladies were rude and didn't want to offer help, rude from the lady issuing the tickets (Prudence) to the one behind the desk (Thembekile/Thembelihle). They wouldn't offer offer a old lady help. This behavior from professionals is unacceptable.
