Disappointing service

I have settled my credit card like 3 weeks back and requested for a paid up letter since then, and I was told to cancel it of which I did last week. Now when I call they keep on telling me to wait for 5 days of which the 1st 5 days went pass now and I still have not received the letter. I am disappointed with how FNB does business when you want to get out of their credit system.
