Disappointing service

I have never had to write such a review about FNB and having read the reviews previously I was shocked only to have the same thing happen to me today. Shocking service I received today from Ntokozo on the App chat. I have had interactions woth agents before that could not assist but were extremely helpful and very enthusiastic that's one of the reasons I stayed with the bank even with their ridiculous charges but today I can confidently say I am moving banks. All I wanted to do was follow up on an incident logged for a deposit that was not reflecting in my account. But the responses seemed as though the agent didn't even wanna be there or was just merely trying to get rid of me. Do better FNB cause it seems as though the level of your service is declining. To say that I am disgusted and disappointed with the service I received is an understatement. As I move my salary to Standard Bank and close mine and my daughters account. You have one of your most loyal clients because of your agent Ntokozo. Goodbye FNB.
