Disappointing service

FNB share's investor division are out there to **** people. They don't answer queries and nor do they attend to clients concerns. Instead they simply say the case has been resolved. Can't trust them at all because they never phone back and never follow up on a query. Instead we have to waste hours on the phone while they care less about their clients.
