Disappointing service

Im disappointed by your service. I disputed a transaction on the 26th August saying its *****. I have already canceled my card and got a new one yet the mo ey hasn't been returned to my account its just sitting there as pending payment!! I email and i get no response. I phone and just get diverted from department to department. This is pathetic. Can someone who knows how to handle customers get un touch with me!!!
