Disappointing Service
I write this review with so much disappointment, I've been trying to settle a loan with Fnb with no success. I've been making calls to fnb for almost a month now trying to get assistance in settling this loan. Calls seem to be disconnected or i'm advised that i will be called back as soon as i ask for settlement discount. no one has called be back nor even send an email communicating the state of my query, I've been sent from Fnb legal or collections department, then transferred to the outsourced company...the list is just endless. i just want to pay off this loan can someone contact me ASAP so i can get this sorted. 07 May 2020, 14:19@Fnb i must say this has been the worst experience EVER!!! your agents lack sympathy, they are not willing to assist nor give feedback, all they want to do is pass the blame!!! your collections/legal debarment is even worse....after every 11 or 14 minutes the call get's disconnected. I honestly have no idea why i need to follow up on paying you guys. you guys are filled with empty promises and refuse to take accountability for any of your actions. may i kindly have a ref number for this complaint so i can refer to the ombudsman. this is the most disappointing service EVER!!!!
