Disappointing service

I have been trying for 5 hours to get through to the correct department to assist me to change my telephone nr, when i opened my account i provided my nr, now when i want to do online shopping my verification OTP goes to another nr, no one is able to assist. When you phone you have to speak to an AI robot that keeps directing your call to a wrong department,
