Disappointing Service

On the 17the December 2020 I received message from FNB advising that my Mortgage Protection Plan MPCOOSC07 payout has been extended, today when i check on my app it shows that the bank attempted to debit my cheque account for home loan and also on home loan statement it shows that it was not paid by FNB Life, i am puzzled as to what is happening as I am still under the impression that FNB Life is still paying I haven't received any communication this but far the last was on the 17the December 2020 with regards to home loan.
