Disappointing service
I contacted FNB home loan cancellations on 16 November 2022 at 05:16 in the morning. I received a read receipt on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 5:18:05 AM.
It's been 2 days without any response from them, in spite of my follow-up email on the 17th.
Could you please get someone to confirm receipt of my email for legal purposes.
