Disappointing service.!

During this pandemic that we’re being challenged with today.!!! It’s really disappointing to experience that a woman fails to be thoughtful for another woman. I am 7 month’s pregnant and I arrived at the FNB Wonderpark Branch , asked the woman controlling the door for assistance and she sends me to a queue that took me almost an hour to get assistance for a 15 minutes thing. I am really disappointed with the service of this branch.
