Disappointing Loan Experience!

I turned down a loan with another bank, where everything was quick and done online, because I thought, as an FNB customer, I could trust the process here. Sivuyo handled my application, we completed all the steps, and he assured me I'd receive the funds within minutes. Instead, I get a call from someone sounding completely uninterested, telling me I need to go to a branch for fingerprints—and the call came from this number, ***, which doesn’t even have your company logo. Why would you do that to me?
