Disappointing Home Loans Dept.

I have been a customer with FNB for nearly 2 decades. I am looking at purchasing my first home and it is mission impossible getting in contact with FNB’s home loan department for assistance. It’s actually pathetic. Now I have to move my 20yr old account to another business who is willing to service me.
